G4S International Training Inc. – Virginia Facility Welcomes Bob Vogel to Host World Class Pistol Skills on April 11th and 12th, 2013

World Champion Bob Vogel Brings his “World Class Pistol Skills” to G4S ITI

G4S International Training, Inc. (G4S ITI), a training company of G4S GS, and providers of benchmark security training programs to the U.S. Government, U.S. Military and corporate America, is pleased to welcome World Champion Shooter Bob Vogel to its facility to teach a course in World Class Pistol Skills. It will be held on Thursday, April 11th and Friday, April 12th, 2013.

Bob Vogel

Bob Vogel

In this course, the student will be given the insight into what it takes to develop truly World Class shooting skills. Starting out with fundamentals and then delving into a heavy dose of technique that goes well beyond the basics, the student will learn the dynamics involved in driving a pistol to the highest level. This course is designed around the ultimate and equal balance of accuracy and speed that is applicable just as much to LE / Military training as it is to competition. Aside from the techniques and skills taught, this course also has aspects that require the student to truly “think” while operating on a course of fire. A balance between competitive shooting and tactical applications will be maintained. That being said, performing under pressure is paramount. Outside of actual real life situations, competition is one of the few ways pressure can truly be induced. If you carry or use a handgun in any way, shape or form, you will benefit from this course.

Cost per student for the course is $425. Please mail checks payable to G4S ITI, Attn: Tim Peck / Open Enrollment, P.O. Box 709, West Point, VA 23181.

To register for the World Class Pistol Skills Course taught by Bob Vogel, please visit here: http://www.g4siti.com/registration.php.

For more information on the course, please contact Bob Vogel at vogelshootist@watchtv.net.

About Bob Vogel:

Bob was born and raised on a farm in rural Ohio where he learned early the value of hard work and discipline. From a very young age, shooting, hunting and the outdoors truly became a way of life for him. Always being somewhat of a thrill-seeker, while in his mid-teens, the Law Enforcement profession sparked his interest. After graduating high school in 2000, Vogel went immediately into a 2 year Police Academy Program. It was also at this time that he began actually competing in Practical shooting competitions. At present Bob is now a 2-time World and 15-time National Champion across 3 disciplines of Practical / Combat shooting. Besides this he has also been a Police Officer for over 10 years. Eight and a half of those years were spent as a full-time street cop while also being a member of the Counties joint department SWAT team. During that tenure, he was as well one of the Departments and SWAT teams firearms instructors. As of May 2012, Bob went from full-time Law Enforcement to part-time in order to focus more on his shooting / instructing career.
