CAA USA, developers and manufacturers of advanced battle-tested firearms accessories, has announced their move to a new, state-of-the-art facility in Pompano Beach, Florida, is complete. As part of their new sales and service initiative, CAA USA will now ship orders within 24-hours on all products in stock. This new policy is available for individual online purchases, as well as dealer purchases.

“We are very pleased with our new location in Florida. The new facility provides us with ample room for expansion of our product line, better access to major transportation hubs and the ability to modernize how we operate and go to market,” LTC (Ret.) Mikey Hartman, CEO of CAA International and USA commented. “In addition, we have grown our US team to include Dan Gaddis as our general manager and Robert Crescenzi as our marketing manager. Multiple new products from CAA USA are scheduled for release and shipping to retailers and distributors across the country beginning in April. Several new RONI® models will soon be available, including the RONI® with Stabilizer Brace, the RONI® Civilian and the much anticipated Micro RONI® (and Micro RONI® with Stabilizer Brace). The new Hartman MH1 Reflex Sight, the first product from Hartman Ltd., was announced at the 2016 SHOT Show to overwhelming response and will be shipping next month.

CAA USA Hires General Manager to Spearhead USA Growth Initiative

CAA USA, developers and manufacturers of advanced battle-tested firearms accessories, announce Dan Gaddis, industry veteran, to fill the new position of CAA USA General Manager.

“Dan Gaddis brings a wealth of experience including operations, marketing, P&L and budgeting to CAA USA,” LTC (Ret.) Mikey Hartman, CEO of CAA International and USA said. “Our US corporate strategies for 2016 will require an individual with a broad range of leadership experiences and abilities to focus on our goals and achieve results. We feel Dan has the credentials and experience to accomplish this task.”

“I am excited about the opportunity to take CAA USA up multiple notches and make it a well-known and highly desirable brand within the tactical and shooting sports markets,” Gaddis, the newly appointed General Manager added.

Gaddis previously held the Vice President of Operation/Merchandising/Marketing position with ASR/U.S. Cavalry based in Chattanooga, Tennesse and prior to that, a VP of Operation/Merchandising position with Quantico Tactical out of Aberdeen, North Carolina.

As the new GM for CAA USA, Dan will be responsible for implementing the CEO’s corporate strategies in the areas of marketing, planning, forecasting, accounting, operations and warehousing and sales.

Gaddis will spearhead the new Marketing and Merchandising division of Quantico Tactical, providing expertise in direct marketing, branding, product development, product management, vendor relations and retail strategies. Gaddis has held executive positions where he successfully led teams to complete company initiatives, increased sales and cut excess waste. He has demonstrated leadership and resourcefulness and has earned a solid reputation in the Military, Law Enforcement, Outdoor and Automotive Aftermarket industries. Gaddis has held various executive positions; including Vice President of Merchandising at U.S. Cavalry and Director of Merchandising at the Eastwood Company. Gaddis served as a Combat Arms Captain in the U.S. Army Reserve and has served as a Police Reserve Officer, Volunteer Fire Police Captain and is currently a Volunteer Fire Fighter for the Puppy Creek Fire Department in Raeford, NC.
